For paid plans, we provide one-on-one customer service; for self-hosting, we have a discussion group for everyone to discuss together.
Do I need to purchase a server to install Shoply?
No, for paid plans, we will provide a basic server plan. You can use it as soon as the setup and installation are successful. For self-hosting, you need to purchase your own server.
Are there any usage restrictions on the site?
There are no restrictions. For paid plans, if resource usage is too high and requires server migration, a corresponding migration fee will be charged.
What is Shoply's billing model?
For paid plans, Shoply charges a corresponding fee, and after-sales service is provided for free in the first year. In subsequent years, after-sales support, server, domain name, and other fees will be charged.
I don't have a matching requirement, can I have a custom development?
Yes, but Shoply is constantly being developed and upgraded, which basically meets the needs of most customers. If you have personalized requirements, we also support custom development for a fee.
